Dennis Caleb McCoy is a robot character in the feature film, Bill & Ted Face the Music. He is able to Time Travel at will and shoot enemies with a laser blaster that directly sends them to Hell. He was created by The Great Leader.

Dennis is an emotionally insecure, time-traveling robot sent by the Great Leader to kill Bill and Ted. He is sent to kill them in hopes that it will restore balance to the universe.
Dennis is named after Kelly's ex-boyfriend. This suggests that his numerous insecurities remind the Great Leader of the real Dennis, or that she named the robot that on purpose to annoy Kelly.
